崗位描述：Rsponsible for managing complaints, community engagement and other relevant social tasks. 工作地點：加勒比海地區(qū)荷屬圣馬丁 任職要求：The specialist shall at a minimum have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Development Studies or similar field, with 5 years’ experience in supporting comparable projects in a similar position. 崗位職責(zé)：Duties of the Social Specialist include but are not limited to: ○ Prepare the Social components of the C-ESMP and its regular updates; ○ Ensure that the works are performed in full accordance with the C-ESMP; ○ Prepare the Contractor’s Code of Conduct (CoC) and ensure all workers are adequately trained and sign the CoC before mobilize at the site; ○ Carry out a site analysis before works commencement to identify sensitive receptors which might be affected by works, such as schools, clinics, people with medical conditions, mobility issues, the elderly; ○ Setup a Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) to receive and handle workers complaints. The GRM shall also be accessible to the community for submitting complaints. Be the main point of contact for complaints and coordinate with the ESHS Manager and Management. Receive, log, respond and resolve complaints. Report complaints to NRPB as explained in clause 203.2.21 and Appendix E. ○ Report to NRPB any complaints/incidents related to SEA/SH. ○ Prepare and carry out a community communication plan, informing timely the community about coming works, measures in place and nuisance. ○ Engage the community in consultations about the works; ○ Prepare the Labor Management Procedures and ensure Contractor’s and sub contractors personnel comply with labor kanzhunlegislation. Keep complete and accurate records of the employment of labor at the site, accessible to NRPB upon request. 注: NRPB為荷屬圣馬丁政府恢復(fù)發(fā)展局。
