Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite) Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage strategical operation of the SenseTime Saudi JV R&D department under the CTO Office, including but not limit to: ?Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives under the CTO Office, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals and technological vision. ?Executive Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and deliver high-impact reports, presentations, and insights for the CTO and other C-level executives, effectively communicating stratekanzhungic progress, operational status, and key performance metrics. ?Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate cross-departmental initi來自BOSS直聘atives, ensuring effective collaboration between R&D, finance, HR, and other functions. Provide strategic direction and operational guidance to technical teams, aligning them with business objectives. ?Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the CTO Office in external meetings, conferences, and partner engagements. Articulate the company’s technological strategy and achievements to external stakeholders, enhancing SenseTime’s industry reputation. ?Operational Excellence: Optimize internal processes, resource allocation, and cost management to maximize operational efficiency. Establish metrics to monitor and enhance team performance, driving continuous improvement. Monitor and support key business metrics such as cost, expense, gross margin, and ROI, ensure its aligning with JV’s strategic objectives, and provide operational insight and decision support to the CTO and executive team. ?Special Projects Management: Lead and execute special projects assigned by the CTO Office, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational priorities. Requirements: ?8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on strategic planning, executive reporting, or cross-functional coordination. ?Strong public speaking and preBOSS直聘sentation skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives and external stakeholders. Strong business judgment and strategic thinbossking to support CTO-level planning and execution oversight. ?Excellent leadkanzhunership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, with a strong understanding of financial and operational metrics (budgeting, cost control, ROI). ?Comfortable in high-speed growing, start-up environments and handle multiple priorities. ?Background in technology or AI-related industries is a strong plus. ?Must be based in Riyadh; remote working is not supported.
